Furnace Clean & Check: $79.00

Complete inspection and cleaning of your furnace.
-Clean burner compartment and flame sensor, ohm igniter, check amp draw on all motors, test all capacitors, complete camera inspection of heat exchanger as well as carbon monoxide test, and vacuuming of blower cabinet.
A/C Clean & Check: $79.00

Complete inspection and cleaning of A/C system

-Check refrigerant levels, pressures, and temperatures, check amp draw of compressor and fan motor, test capacitor and contactor, and thoroughly clean condenser coil.
Humidifier Clean & Check: $35.00

Complete inspection and cleaning of humidifier including pad replacement.

-Clean humidifier housing and tray, replace humidifier pad, check operation, and test for leaks.
Combustion Analysis: $59.00

-Combustion analysis of your furnace, boiler, or tankless water heater. All modern heating systems whether it be for heating your home or your water can and will benefit from properly tested and tuned combustion.

-A combustion analysis can tell us if a system is safe to operate, if it is leaking any carbon monoxide into your home, and can help us tune the unit's gas combustion to get the maximum efficiency the unit is capable of.

-Most HVAC companies do not offer this service and brush it off as unnecessary. We at ThermPro believe it's not only necessary, but mandatory, to get the most out of your system, to lower your gas bill as much as possible, and to make absolutely sure the unit is safe for operation.

Water Heater Clean & Check: $79.00

Complete inspection and cleaning of your water heater.

-Drain and flush sediment out of tank, remove burner assembly and clean burner compartment, reassemble and test operation.
Tankless Water Heater Service: $159.00

Complete service of your tankless water heater.Includes 30-45 minute descaling process, testing all safeties and sensors, testing operation and amp draw of exhaust motor, and testing operation and amp draw of recirculation pump.
Dryer Vent Cleaning: $89.00

Disconnect dryer from vent system, clean out entire vent piping from indoors at dryer to the exit outdoors and vacuum up all debris.
Diagnostic Service: $79.00

Thoroughly check the system to pinpoint the issue causing your problem. This fee covers the first 45 minutes of troubleshooting. More complicated issues may require more time to diagnose and additional fees may be necessary.

Maintenance Agreements

Basic Maintenance Agreement: $135.00

This is an entry level agreement that covers servicing your furnace and air conditioner. A visit in the spring to service the A/C and a visit in the fall to service the furnace.

Advanced Maintenance Agreement: $195.00
