About Me and My Mission With ThermPro:
Having spent 20 years in the industry, I’ve seen the horrors of poor service, price gouging, and lack of communication. I started ThermPro Heating & cooling with the sole purpose of doing business the right way and providing great service at affordable prices. I will take the time to explain everything in detail so you understand your HVAC system and are comfortable with your decisions on service or repairs. I will present all options and let you make an informed decision on how to move forward. No pressure or scare tactics. Just honest prices and service from an honest company.
Graduated from Environmental Technical Institute in 2004. I am NATE certified and have maintained it throughout my career. I spent the first 10 years of my career installing new equipment, then switched to the service side for the next 10 years. There I worked my way up to lead service tech then eventually to service manager where I was in charge of running a service department with ~5 technicians. I soon realized that being behind a desk in an office wasn't for me and I longed to be back in the field. So I took the next step and started my own company, ThermPro Heating & Cooling. This was by far the best decision I made in my life and I could not be happier. Not only am I the owner, but I am the lead installer, and lead service tech. This gives me total control over the quality of service my company provides. I look forward to showing you why ThermPro is the best in the business.
